Business Referral Bonus Policy

Team members are encouraged to seek out and bring in potential new business opportunities for Lyquix. When an employee makes an introduction to a prospective client, and this introduction leads to new business, the employee is entitled to a commission.

For the purposes of this policy, business referrals must meet the following conditions:

• There is no existing or previous business relationship with the client.
• The employee must make an introduction to a specific contact or decision-maker within the client organization, with whomLyquix has no previous relationship.
• The client must have a project for which they are accepting proposals.

When the referral leads to new business for Lyquix, the employee will receive a commission calculated as follows:

• All 3rd party pass-through costs are excluded from the calculation. This includes hosting, domains, software, plugins/extensions, and other materials and services that are included in the deliverables but that are provided to the client at cost.
• Only the sales from the first accepted proposal will be included in the calculation of the commission
• The commission amount is 5% of the applicable sales.

Commissions will be paid within 30 after all applicable proposals have been paid in full. In case of employee resignation or termination, Lyquix will pay the employee commissions up to 90 days after their last day of work.
