Employee Referral Bonus Policy

Team members are encouraged to recommend candidates for any open position at Lyquix. When an employee makes an introduction to a candidate, and this introduction leads to the employment of the referred candidate at Lyquix, the referring employee is entitled to a referral bonus.

For the purposes of this policy, employee referrals must meet the following conditions:

• There is no existing or previous relationship with the candidate.
• The referring team members must make an introduction to a specific candidate, for a specific open position.
• The candidate must remain employed at Lyquix for a minimum of 3 months.

When the referral leads to employment at Lyquix, the referring employee will receive a referral bonus equal to 5% of the base annual salary of the new employee.

The referral bonus will be paid within 30 days after the referred employee has reached 3 months of employment. In case of resignation or termination of the referring employee, Lyquix will pay the referring employee commissions up to 90 days after their last day of work.
