Work Schedule
Lyquix business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.
Team members are expected to be generally available during business hours. This includes being responsive to messages and available for scheduled meetings or collaboration with teammates.
Team members have flexibility to choose their start and end times, as well as the number and duration of breaks during the workday. However, this flexibility should be exercised within reason to ensure that it does not interfere with expected responsiveness, availability, or the ability to meet work deadlines.
Time spent on personal breaks, including meals, is not considered work time.
Full-time, salaried team members are expected to work 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week on average. This means that, if needed to meet deadlines and deliverables, team members are expected to work additional hours during a given week, and in other weeks may work fewer hours to maintain the target average.
Full-time, hourly team members are expected to obtain manager approval if they anticipate or identify the need to exceed 40 hours of work during a given week to meet deadlines and deliverables.
For team members in other time zones, work schedules may be adjusted in agreement with your manager, to account for time differences.
